Effective learning management is the key to success in achieving instructional goals in the digital era. his study aims to develop interactive application-based audiovisual aids (AVA) and analyze their effectiveness in enhancing learning management in higher education. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data collection instruments included expert validation sheets (content and media), lecturer and student response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. He validation results from the subject matter expert showed a score of 89% (highly suitable), while the media expert gave a score of 92% (highly suitable). Implementation trial results indicate that the use of AVA media optimizes instructional time allocation, increases student active engagement by 35%, and enhances the efficiency of classroom management by lecturers. T-test analysis of the pre-test and post-test data yielded a p-value of less than 0.05, indicating a significant improvement in student learning outcomes. It can be concluded that the developed AVA media is highly suitable and effective for improving the quality of learning management.
