<![CDATA[This research aims to develop a web-based Attendance Monitoring System for CPNS Latsar Training Participants using the Laravel and Filament framework at the University of Jambi. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, Implementation, Testing, and Maintenance of the system. The results of the study show that the system successfully runs digital attendance features, real-time monitoring, and generates automatic reports with a test success rate of 100%. In addition, the results of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) obtained a feasibility score of 92.8% in the category of "Very Feasible". These findings confirm that the developed system is able to help the attendance administration process, improve the ease of monitoring participants, and support the management of attendance data in a more structured and efficient manner. Thus, this web-based monitoring system can be an innovative solution in supporting the effectiveness of the Implementation of CPNS Latsar Training within the University of Jambi.]]>
