This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of third-grade elementary school students in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS), which were caused by teacher-centered learning, limited use of interactive media, low learning motivation, and the suboptimal utilization of digital technology. This study aimed to describe the design and development of iSpring Suite-based interactive media and to analyze its validity and practicality for teaching animal metamorphosis. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4-D model, which includes the Define, Design, and Develop stages. Data were collected through observations, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The media was developed using Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, and iSpring Suite, then published in HTML5 format and converted into an Android application. The results showed very high validity, with scores of 0.93 from material experts, 0.91 from media experts, and 0.94 from language experts. The practicality of the media reached 95% based on teacher assessments and 96% based on student assessments, both categorized as very practical.
