Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Wellbeing, Kompensasi, dan Employee Engagement terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Makassar Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional guna mengidentifikasi hubungan langsung maupun tidak langsung antar variabel. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 116 responden yang merupakan pegawai aktif di lingkungan PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Makassar Selatan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) guna menguji pengaruh langsung dan mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi Wellbeing dan Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement. Selain itu, Budaya Organisasi Wellbeing dan Kompensasi juga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui peran mediasi Employee Engagement. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya peningkatan budaya kerja yang mendukung kesejahteraan serta kebijakan kompensasi yang adil dan kompetitif dalam mendorong keterlibatan dan produktivitas pegawai. Oleh karena itu, manajemen perlu mengembangkan strategi peningkatan Budaya Organisasi Wellbeing dan sistem kompensasi sebagai upaya berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai secara optimal. This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Culture Wellbeing, Compensation, and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Makassar Selatan. A quantitative approach with a correlational method was employed to identify both direct and indirect relationships among the studied variables. The sample consisted of 116 active employees from the PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Makassar Selatan environment. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS) technique to assess both direct and mediating effects. The results indicate that Organizational Culture Wellbeing and Compensation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement. Furthermore, Organizational Culture Wellbeing and Compensation also positively and significantly influence Employee Performance, both directly and indirectly through the mediating role of Employee Engagement. These findings highlight the importance of promoting a workplace culture that supports employee wellbeing, along with implementing fair and competitive compensation policies to foster employee involvement and productivity. Therefore, it is essential for the management to continuously enhance Organizational Culture Wellbeing and Compensation systems as strategic efforts to optimize employee performance.
