Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan penguasaan teknologi sebagai variabel mediasi pada Kampus PIP Makassar. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 52 responden yang merupakan pegawai aktif, menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui penguasaan teknologi. Koefisien jalur pengaruh langsung pelatihan terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,351 (p < 0,001), motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,208 (p = 0,050), dan penguasaan teknologi terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,513 (p < 0,001). Sementara itu, efek mediasi penguasaan teknologi pada hubungan pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja juga signifikan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengembangan sumber daya manusia di lingkungan pendidikan vokasi maritim. This study aims to analyse the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance with technology mastery as a mediating variable at PIP Makassar Campus. Data were collected through a survey of 52 respondents who are active employees, using a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS). The results showed that training and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through mastery of technology. The path coefficient of the direct effect of training on performance is 0.351 (p < 0.001), work motivation on performance is 0.208 (p = 0.050), and mastery of technology on performance is 0.513 (p < 0.001). Meanwhile, the mediating effect of technology mastery on the relationship between training and work motivation on performance is also significant. These findings provide practical implications for human resource development in the maritime vocational education environment.
