<![CDATA[Bukit Liti Village, located in Kahayan Tengah District, Pulang Pisau Regency, is one of the villages that continues to grow through various facility improvements and empowerment-oriented development programs aimed at enhancing community welfare. Amidst this development enthusiasm, the enhancement of political participation and legal awareness among youth and members of Karang Taruna remains a component that has not received adequate attention as part of the village?s development agenda. In fact, political participation and legal awareness are two essential aspects that significantly influence the success of village development. This study employs a participatory qualitative approach with an action research method, involving in-depth interviews and direct observations with Karang Taruna administrators, village officials, and local youth. The findings reveal that the alignment between the village government and Karang Taruna leadership serves as a key factor in ensuring the successful implementation of programs and activities aligned with the strategic vision of village development. Furthermore, the strategic approaches adopted by Karang Taruna?namely the humanistic approach, socio-cultural approach, and participatory approach?have become the primary factors in fostering political participation and legal awareness among the younger generation in the village.]]>
