<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze role villages governmenting improve qualitying public service in Simpang Kertopati Villages, Sarolangun Regency, and identify factors that hinder implement. Study use qualitaty methods descripting approachs. Data obtaining throughs observationing, inter view, document, literature review. Data analyzyng use stage datas reduct, datas present, and conclus draw. Result indicate Simpang Kertopati Village government has fulfilled its role as a facilitator, mobilizer, and regulator, but its implementation has not been optimal. This is evident in the provision of service facilities, assistance to the community, socialization, and the implementation of service procedures that refer to applicable regulations. However, various obstacles still exist that affect service quality. These obstacles include internet network disruptions, limited facilities and infrastructure, and incomplete administrative requirements from the community, which hinders the optimal service process. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of technological infrastructure, provide supporting facilities, and strengthen the capacity of village officials so that public services can be implemented more effectively, efficiently, and responsive to community needs. ]]>
