Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang makna Doa Pangrokat dalam tradisi Petik Laut Muncar di Desa Kalimati, Banyuwangi. Makna yang terdapt dalam Doa Pangrokat dibedakan menjadi dua makna yaitu makna denotatif dan makna konotatif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian etnografi dengan menggunakan pendekatan semiotika.Sumber data dalam diperoleh dari dua informan. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat perbedaan makna. Perbedaan yang ditemukan dalam Doa Pangrokat yaitu berada pada kepercayaan masyarakat setempat pada tokoh-tokoh yang diyakini. Padahal secara denotatif arti yang terdapat dalam Doa Pangrokat tentang hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan islami. Kata-kata kunci: Doa Pangrokat, Makna, Petik Laut.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas mengenai perkembangan Manajemen dan Rekayasa Konstruksi (MRK) di Indonesia dan proyeksi ke depannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis isi dengan mencari referensi sejarah perkembangan MRK di Indonesia melalui penelusuran artikel di jurnal, textbook, white paper, proceeding untuk mendapatkan distribusi dan fokus kajian potret penelitian sebelumnya dikombinasi dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner untuk mendapatkan prediktif, persepsi, ekspektasi tentang pendapat perkembangan, kesesuaian, kendala, dan saran perkembangan pendidikan dan penelitian MRK ke depannya. Hasil analisis untuk fokus kajian ke depan, prioritas akan topik-topik yang ada sebagian besar sudah sesuai dan belum bergeser. Konfirmasi berdasarkan data primer didapat bahwa perkembangan MRK di bidang pendidikan dan penelitian dinilai baik dan sebagian besar sudah cukup sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri konstruksi saat ini, namun perlu peningkatan dan realisasi hal-hal yang menjadi kendala dan saran pengembangan ke depannya agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri konstruksi saat ini.Kata kunci: manajemen dan rekayasa konstruksi, pendidikan, penelitian ABSTRACTThis study will be discussed about the development of Construction Management and engineering (CEM) and the projected development in Indonesia. This research employed analysis method to search for historical references of CEM development in Indonesia through articles in journals, textbooks, white papers, proceedings to obtain the distribution and study portraits of history, then it is combined with survey method through a questionnaire to obtain predictive, perceptions, expectations of the development, suitability, constraints, educational and research development advice for CEM further. The results of the analysis of priority study are mostly already fit and have not shifted. Based on primary data obtained that CEM developments in the field of education and research is considered good and most are already quite fit the needs of today's construction industry, but need improvement and realization of the things that become obstacles and suggestions for future development to fit the needs of today's construction industry.Keywords: construction engineering and management, education, research

ABSTRAK Penelitian yang berjudul “perkembangan bentuk dan motif pada kerajinan tas di gampong Dayah Daboh Kecamatan Montasik Aceh Besar” mengangkat masalah apa saja bentuk dan motif pada kerajinan tas di gampong Dayah Daboh Kecamatan Montasik Aceh Besar serta bagaimana perkembangan bentuk dan motif pada kerajinan tas di gampong Dayah Daboh Kecamatan Montasik Aceh Besar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan bentuk dan motif pada kerajinan tas di gampong Dayah Daboh Kecamatan Montasik Aceh Besar serta mendeskripsikan perkembangan bentuk dan motif pada kerajinan tas di gampong Dayah Daboh Kecamatan Montasik Aceh Besar. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif . Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh data bahwa: bentuk tas awalnya adalah 3 bentuk yaitu selempang, tas map, dan tas furla, yang kemudian mengalami perkembangan menjadi 18 bentuk seperti tas selempang, tas mini, tas jinjing, tas ririn, tas ransel, tas golf, tas koper, tas Abg, tas setengah lingkaran, tas manik-manik, tas keong, tas mambo, tas labu, tas kipas, tas elizabeth, tas tenun, tas songket, dan tas kain spons. Motif tas di gampong Dayah Daboh awalnya adalah 10 motif puta talo, tapak leman, embun berarak, awan diris, pinto Aceh, pucok rebong, kotoran burung, bungong meulu, awan dong, dan awan keong. Motif yang berkembang menjadi 11 motif seperti pinto Aceh kombinasi motif matahari dan puta talo, pinto Aceh kombinasi bola-bola, awan keong kreasi, batik kacang, bungong meulu kreasi, bak padee, cacing, matahari, bunga timbul, motif Aceh kombinasi bunga timbul, dan bunga sulam. This study aims to determine the relationship between parents' perceptions of the impact of smartphone on social development in children in the Cluster I Group of Kecamatan Nanggalo. Parents today are mostly negligent towards their child's growth and development and rarely stimulate their children with social developmental issues and physical energy depletion and stimulating thinking and working together are no longer attractive. Freedom and freedom to play children have been seized by smartphones. This research includes a type of correlation research with quantitative methods with a total population of 30 people found in Cluster 1 in Kecamatan Nanggalo. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The results showed that the significance of 0,000> 0,05 and the coefficient of determination of the relationship of independent variables (parents' perception of the impact of smartphones) on the dependent variable (social development in children) was 55.3%. It can be concluded that parents' perception of the impact of smartphones has a relationship to social development in children.

Peningkatan Kemampuan Guru Dalam Melaksanakan Pembelajaran Melalui Workshop Annisa Annisa

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatan kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran melalui workshop di SMP Negeri 1 Tambun Selatan. Subjek penelitian adalah 20 orang guru SMP Negeri 1 Tambun Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah model Kemmis yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari instrumen kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Hasil penelitian diperoleh data adanya peningkatan dari kelima aspek pada tiap siklusnya yaitu pra siklus diperoleh rata-rata skor 2,91 dengan keberhasilan 58,14%, meningkat siklus I menjadi 3,85 dengan keberhasilan 76,91% dan meningkat kembali siklus II menjadi 4,38 dengan keberhasilan 87,65%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah melalui workshop yang diselenggarakan oleh kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 1 Tambun Selatan.Kata Kunci: Kemampuan, pembelajaran, workshop

Penerapan Pendekatan Saintifik dalam Pembelajaran Fisika terhadap Sikap Ilmiah Peserta Didik Kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 14 Makassar Annisa Annisa

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana sikap ilmiah peserta didik setelah diterapkan pendekatan saintifik. Jenis penilitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pra eksperimen dengan desain one-shot case study. Populasi penelitian ini adalh seluruh kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 14 Makassar. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini diambil secara random sehingga diperoleh XI IPA 3. Instrument yang digunakan adalah angket sikap ilmiah dengan 3 indikator yaitu kritis, rasa ingin tahu dan terbuka/kerja sama, dimana instrumen telah di validasi oleh pakar. Angket terdiri dari 22 pernyataan yang mencakup 3 indikator, dengan pernyataan positif sebanyak 12 dan negativ 10 pernyataan. Penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini, dianalisis kemampuan sikap ilmiah dengan mengelompokkan peserta didik dalam 4 kriteria yaitu sangat tinggi, tinggi, rendah dan sangat rendah, dengan persentase sangat tinggi sebesar 21,2%, tinggi 36,4%, rendah 27,3% dan sangat rendah 15,1% selanjutnya dianalisis berdasarkan indikator ketercapaian sikap ilmiah, sikap kritis sebesar 57,47%, terbuka dan kerja sama sebesar 69,16% dan yang tertinggi sikap rasa ingin tahu sebesar 74,85%. Dari hasil penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa sikap ilmiah peserta didik kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 14 Makassar yang diajar menggunakan pendekatan saintifik tergolong tinggi.Kata kunci: Sikap Ilmiah, Penelitian pra eksperimen, Pendekatan Saintifik. This study aims to describe how the scientific attitude of learners after applied scientific approach. Type of research used is pre experimental research with one-shot case study design. The population of this study is all the class XI IPA SMA 14 Makassar. Sampling of this research is taken randomly so that obtained XI IPA 3. Instrument used is questionnaire of scientific attitude with 3 indicator that is critical, curiosity and open / cooperation, where instrument has been validated by expert. Questionnaire consists of 22 statements covering 3 indicators, with positive statements of 12 and negativ 10 statements. The study used descriptive analysis. In this study, we analyzed the ability of scientific attitude by classifying the students in 4 criteria that is very high, high, low and very low, with very high percentage of 21.2%, high 36.4%, low 27.3% and very low 15,1% then analyzed based on indicators of scientific attitudes, critical attitude of 57.47%, open and cooperation equal to 69,16% and the highest curiosity attitude equal to 74,85%. The agricultural sector is a sector that is able to survive in any condition, including when the economic crisis hit various regions. The agricultural sector plays an important role in the economic recovery of the community. The agricultural sector is also one of the main components in the government's programs and strategies for poverty alleviation. Totallang Village is located in a mountainous area with the scope of the village community, most of whom have livelihoods as farmers / gardeners. Workers who work in the agricultural / plantation sector earn income that is used to meet the needs of life and improve household welfare. The formulation of the problem in the research is whether there is an effect of agricultural / plantation production on the economic growth of the community in Totallang Village, Kolaka Utara Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of agricultural / plantation production on the economic growth of the community in Totallang Village, Kolaka Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research on the effect of agricultural / plantation production on the economic growth of the community in Totallang Village, North Kolaka Regency. Sources of data come from 1) Documentation, 2) Questionnaires, and 3) Observations. The research instrument used was to distribute questionnaires to the people of Totallang Village, Lasusua District, North Kolaka Regency, along with documentation in the form of questionnaire results sheets and documentation photos. The data analysis technique used is the Correlation Test (T Test).Based on the research results from quantitative calculations using the product moment correlation test, the value of t count = 41.477 and the value of t table = 2,000 (t count> t table) then reject Ho and accept Ha, which means there is a significant relationship.

The purpose of the research are (1) to find out the role of tourism retribution to Regional Retribution and Original Local Government Income(PAD) in Tanah Laut District during 2013-2017 fiscal year, (2) to know the retribution collection level of effectivenessin Tanah Laut District during 2013-2017 fiscal year, (3) to know the impact of of the tourism development after the result of tourism retribution in Tanah Laut district during 2013-2017 fiscal year, (4) analyze the efforts that must be made by the government of Tanah Laut District on developing tourism objects as one of sources of Original Local Government Income(PAD. The research method used quantitave descriptive analysis using secondary and primary data, through the collection and available data on the Department of Culture and Tourism of Tanah Laut District and related agencies, and also the literature that has to do with this research besides conducting interviews or interviews directly with relevant agencies, administrator, and tourist in Tanah Laut District. The results showed that the average role tourism retribution in Tanah Laut District during 2013-2017 fiscal year was very lacking, which is 5,97% for the average role of the tourism retribution on regional retribution, and 0,27% for the role average tourism retribution on Original Local Government Income (PAD). The calculation of effectiveness level of tourism retribution in Tanah Laut District showed less effective results with average 78,75%. The receipt of tourism retribution in Tanah Laut District has an impact on the development of the tourism objects it self, especially tourism objects that have contibuted to retribution Incomes such as Takisung Beach, Batakan Beach, Swarangan Beach, Batu Lima Beach, Sepeda Air, Kereta Wisata, Tirta Kirana Swimming Pool, Kayangan Mountain, and Bajuin Waterfall. The efforts that must be made by the Tanah Laut Government especially the Tanah Laut Department of Culture and Tourism to develop the tourism sector are organizing attractive tourism events, allocating sufficient funds for the development and management costs of the tourism sector, improving the main facilities and infrastructure in tourism object places, improve human resources espacially for administrator of tourist attractions, socialization to the public and agencies / institutions to support the success of tourism sector, and intensify the promotion of tourism objects.Key Words : Tourism, Tourism Retribution, Original Local Government Income (PAD)
