Informatics, taught in Grade 7 during Phase D, is a crucial discipline to be mastered in the Society 5.0 era. This study aimed to analyze the effect of a role-playing learning model integrated with reflection on nine integrity values through a program called DETECTIVE-C on students’ conceptual mastery of computational thinking elements, including computational thinking, data analysis, coding, and artificial intelligence. The study employed Kurt Lewin’s Classroom Action Research (CAR) model consisting of three cycles. The research sample comprised 23 students from Class 7D at SMPN 4 Mojokerto. The mastery learning achievement reached 87% after Cycle III, whereas it was only 44% after Cycle II. Therefore, the mastery level achieved in Cycle III was higher than those in Cycles II and I. These findings indicate that the DETECTIVE-C program effectively improved students’ conceptual mastery of computational thinking in Class 7D at SMPN 4 Mojokerto.
