This study aims to describe the impact of using the Merdeka Mengajar Platform and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation at UPT SPF SDI Bontomanai. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving fifth-grade teachers, sixth-grade teachers, and religious education teachers. Data analysis consisted of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was strengthened through source and method triangulation. The findings indicate that the Merdeka Mengajar Platform has positive impacts on teachers pedagogical competence, professional competence, digital literacy, and learning management efficiency. The platform helps teachers prepare learning outcomes, learning objective sequences, teaching modules, teaching materials, student worksheets, assessments, and learning media in accordance with the Merdeka Curriculum. Teachers also gain ideas through self-paced training, teacher communities, good practice videos, and inspirational videos, then adapt teaching materials to students needs. The obstacles include unstable internet connection, slow application loading, limited supporting devices, less interactive initial guidance, assessment and portfolio features that have not been optimally used, and workload during the adaptation phase. The supporting factors are complete features, ease of access, school support, socialization, training, teacher communities, and teacher motivation. Overall, the Merdeka Mengajar Platform improves learning quality and supports the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in elementary schools.
