The dynamics of educational science continue to evolve alongside social, cultural, and technological changes that influence how people teach and learn. Education is no longer merely a process of knowledge transfer, but also involves character building, the development of human potential, and the appreciation of human values. In this context, effective and humanistic learning becomes a primary goal, where effectiveness is measured not only by cognitive achievement but also by students’ critical thinking, creativity, and adaptability, while the humanistic aspect emphasizes empathy, freedom of expression, and harmonious relationships between teachers and learners. Through a conceptual approach and literature review, it is found that the integration of student-centered learning, the use of educational technology, and the strengthening of ethical and social values are key to creating an optimal learning environment. The role of teachers as facilitators, motivators, and inspirers is crucial in ensuring successful learning processes, requiring strong professional, social, and emotional competencies. Therefore, the dynamic nature of educational science demands continuous innovation to achieve learning that is not only academically effective but also capable of shaping humanistic, well-rounded individuals prepared to face life’s challenges.
