Penerapan Patient Safety Di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Zainoel Abidin

ABSTRAKKeselamatan pasien adalah suatu sistem yang membuat asuhan keperawatan terhadap pasien menjadi lebih aman. Perawat merupakan salah satu sumber daya manusia yang sangat dibutuhkan untuk mencapai kinerja yang optimal. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penerapan pasien safety oleh perawat sangat penting dalam upaya mengurangi insiden kecelakaan kerja pada pasien.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan patient safety di Ruang Rawat Inap Kelas  III  Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelatif dengan desain  deskripsi eksploratif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perawat pelaksana di Ruang Rawat Inap Kelas III Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 61 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah kuisioner dalam bentuk skala Likert . Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dalam bentuk distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa penerapan patient safety oleh perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap Kelas III Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh yang baik dengan frekuensi sebanyak 31 orang perawat (50,8%).  Direkomendasikan untuk pengambil kebijakan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin dapat meningkatkan upaya penerapan pasient safety di RSUZA dengan memfasilitasi pelatihan pada perawat tentang patient safety.Kata Kunci :   patient safety,  implementasi ABSTRACTPatient safety is a system that makes the nursing care of the patients to be more secure. A nurse is one of the Human Resources  who is required indeed to achieve an optimum performance.  The pasient safety of the nurses is very important in reducing the incidence malpractice. The research purpose was to determine the  implementation of patient safety in ward room  Regional Public Hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. The type of the research was descriptive eksplorative. The population in the research was the nurses, workers, in ward room  Regional Public Hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. The sampling technique was simple random sampling with the total sample of 61 respondents. The technique of data collection was the questionnaire in the form of Likert scale . The method of data analysis used descriptive with frequency distribute  . The result of the research in general showed implementation of patient safety in ward room  Regional Public Hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh with good category is about 50,8% with 31 respondent. It was recommended for policymakers in General Public Hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin to improve the implementation of pasient safety with to facilitate the training related to the patient safety.Keywords :   Patient Safety, Implementation
