This study aims to examine the influence of village head leadership, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of village officials at the Tales Village Office. The research is based on the importance of leadership in shaping a productive work culture, as well as the need for high motivation and discipline to ensure that village officials can provide optimal public services. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data were collected through questionnaires distributed to village officials as respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine both the simultaneous and partial effects of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results indicate that leadership, motivation, and discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials. Partially, each variable also shows a significant effect, with work discipline emerging as the most dominant factor. These findings suggest that improving the performance of village officials requires strengthening leadership quality, enhancing motivation through appropriate incentives and development opportunities, and consistently enforcing work discipline in a fair manner. By doing so, a more productive and efficient work environment can be created, ultimately leading to better service delivery to the community.
