<![CDATA[Financial administration in many Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is still predominantly managed through manual procedures, resulting in recording errors, delayed financial reporting, and limited availability of accurate financial information for managerial decision-making. Similar conditions were identified at UMKM Rendang Paku Ikan Rang Kito, where transaction recording and financial reporting relied on conventional bookkeeping practices. The implementation of a web-based financial information system offers an alternative approach to improving the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of financial data management. System development followed the Waterfall software development model, including requirements analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementation with the Laravel framework, and functional evaluation through Black Box Testing. The developed system integrates sales and purchase transactions, cash inflows, cash outflows, periodic financial reporting, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Activity Log features within a single web-based platform. Functional testing demonstrated that all system modules operated according to the specified requirements, indicating that the system successfully supports financial administration, improves data accuracy, accelerates financial reporting, and strengthens user activity monitoring.
