Abstract

Abstrak Aborsi kini menjadi isu terbuka dan fakta sosial, terutama di kalangan remaja dalam pergaulan bebas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kesehatan mental dan keadilan hukum dalam kasus aborsi, serta mengeksplorasi perspektif psikologi forensik. Metode yang digunakan adalah systematic narratic review dengan mengevaluasi 10 jurnal terbaru dalam 10 tahun terakhir dari sumber seperti Google Scholar, tanpa populasi atau sampel tertentu. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa aborsi bukan hanya persoalan hukum, tetapi juga sangat terkait dengan masalah kesehatan mental, seperti PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). Oleh karena itu, penekanan pada bukti ilmiah psikologi perlu diperkuat dalam penerapan keadilan hukum, sehingga pertimbangan putusan hukum yang diberikan lebih komprehensif dan mendukung optimalisasi kesehatan mental jangka panjang bagi pelaku. Kata Kunci: Aborsi, Psikologi Forensik, Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidahan (KUHP), Trauma  AbstractAbortion has become an open issue and a social reality, especially among teenagers in promiscuous relationships. This study aims to analyze the relationship between mental health and legal justice in abortion cases and explore the perspective of forensic psychology. The method used was a systematic narratic review, evaluating 10 recent journals from the past 10 years from sources such as Google Scholar, without a specific population or sample. The results of the study indicate that abortion is not only a legal issue but is also closely linked to mental health issues, such as PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). Therefore, the emphasis on psychological scientific evidence needs to be strengthened in the application of legal justice, so that the considerations of legal decisions given are more comprehensive and support the optimization of long term mental health for perpetrators. Keywords: Abortion, Forensic Psychology, Criminal Code, Trauma
