<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Performa pekerja yang dapat dilihat melalui capaian target yang dibebankan, biasanya digunakan untuk merefleksikan produktivitas dari para pekerja (Lan, 2011). Produktivitas tergantung pada banyak hal, salah satunya adalah aspek lingkungan, antara lain temperatur, pencahayaan, dan skema warna ruangan dimana standar ruangan yang sehat yaitu harus mempunyai sirkulasi udara yang baik, tidak panas, dan cukup pencahayaan. (Kamaruzzaman, 2010). Penataan interior yang ideal yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pekerja sangat mempengaruhi performa pekerja. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kondisi dimana temperatur berada pada suhu 27,5ºC, cahaya 300 Lux dengan warna dinding Hijau adalah kondisi terburuk. Sedangkan untuk kondisi dengan pengerjaan tercepat baik di pengujian secara verbal maupun numerik ada di kondisi 4 yaitu pada kondisi temperatur 27,5ºC, cahaya 500 Lux dengan warna dinding Hijau. ABSTRACT Worker performance, which can be seen through the achievement of the targets, is usually used to reflect the productivity of workers (Lan, 2011). Productivity depends on many things, one of the significant factors is environmental aspects, including temperature, lighting, and room color, where the standard for a healthy room is must have good air circulation, ideal temperature, and have sufficient lighting. (Kamaruzzaman, 2010). The ideal interior arrangement according to the needs of workers will greatly affects worker performance. From the results of the research, it was found that the conditions where the temperature was at 27.5ºC, 300 Lux light with green wall color was the worst condition. Whereas for the conditions with the fastest processing, both verbally and numerically, are in condition 4, which temperature at 27.5ºC, 500 Lux light with green wall color.
