Each building carries a story and deep meaning, which can be seen in its design, materials, and construction techniques.The Indrapuri old mosque, as an example of architecture rich in historical and cultural value, shows how architecture can reflect the historical journey of a region. Located in Indrapuri Subdistrict, Aceh Besar Regency, this mosque was built in the 17th century on the foundation of a Hindu temple, reflecting the fusionof Islamic and Hindu cultures that once existed in the area. The presence of Masjid Tuha Indrapuri serves not only as a place of worship but also as a symbol of the identity and cultural heritage of the Acehnese people. Over time, this mosque has become acenter for religious and social activities for the local community. Research and surveys on Masjid Tuha Indrapuri are essential to uncover information about its architecture, social function, and the conservation efforts made by both the community and the government.Theaccurate and relevant data obtainedfrom this conducted research cansupport the understanding of the importance of this mosque as both a cultural heritage and a place of worshipto contribute in the preservation realm and tourism in Aceh.
