Mathematics is one of the subjects that plays an important role in education. Math anxiety is a feeling of fear or anxiety that arises when individuals encounter mathematics. Learning outcomes are indicators of learning achievement that show students' ability to understand the material being studied. Digital learning utilizes technology as a means of supporting the delivery of material and assessment of learning outcomes. The Quizizz application is one example of learning implementation in line with developments in educational technology. This study was conducted to analyze the extent of the relationship between mathematics learning anxiety and student learning outcomes in digital-based learning. The method used was quantitative with a sample of students in class X-5 at SMA Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. The results showed a correlation coefficient of -0.623 with a strong relationship category and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate a significant negative relationship between mathematics learning anxiety and Quizizz-based learning outcomes.
