<![CDATA[Lingkungan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif meningkatkan kebutuhan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang membentuk entrepreneurial intention pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh attitude, perceived behavioral control (PBC), dan partisipasi dalam entrepreneurship program terhadap entrepreneurial intention pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Tarumanagara. Dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, sebanyak 110 responden mengisi kuesioner daring, dan data dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM melalui SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa attitude tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial intention, sedangkan PBC berpengaruh positif yang signifikan. Partisipasi dalam entrepreneurship program juga memediasi hubungan antara faktor psikologis dan entrepreneurial intention. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan entrepreneurship program untuk meningkatkan self-efficacy, kompetensi, dan kapabilitas berwirausaha mahasiswa. The competitive business environment has increased the need to understand the factors that shape students’ entrepreneurial intention. This study examines the effects of attitude, perceived behavioral control (PBC), and participation in entrepreneurship programs on entrepreneurial intention among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tarumanagara University. Using purposive sampling, 110 respondents completed an online questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using PLS-SEM through SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that attitude does not significantly influence entrepreneurial intention, whereas PBC has a significant positive effect. Participation in entrepreneurship programs also mediates the relationship between psychological factors and entrepreneurial intention. These findings underscore the importance of strengthening entrepreneurship programs to enhance students’ self-efficacy, practical competence, and entrepreneurial capability.]]>
