Abstract

The competitive business environment has increased the need to understand the factors that shape students’ entrepreneurial intention. This study examines the effects of attitude, perceived behavioral control (PBC), and participation in entrepreneurship programs on entrepreneurial intention among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tarumanagara University. Using purposive sampling, 110 respondents completed an online questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using PLS-SEM through SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that attitude does not significantly influence entrepreneurial intention, whereas PBC has a significant positive effect. Participation in entrepreneurship programs also mediates the relationship between psychological factors and entrepreneurial intention. These findings underscore the importance of strengthening entrepreneurship programs to enhance students’ self-efficacy, practical competence, and entrepreneurial capability.
