The Impact of Mental Health and Workload on Employee Stress Levels at PT Jeje Harapan Transindo. This study aims to understand how mental health and workload influence employee stress levels at PT Jeje Harapan Transindo, both partially and simultaneously. This study employs a quantitative method using a survey. The researcher distributed questionnaires to 60 employees selected as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination, utilizing the SPSS program. The results indicate that mental health significantly influences employees’ stress levels. Additionally, workload also has a significant impact on employees’ stress levels. Simultaneously, mental health and workload have a significant impact on employees’ stress levels at PT Jeje Harapan Transindo. This study indicates that good mental health can help reduce stress among employees, whereas a heavy workload can increase employees’ stress levels. Therefore, the company is encouraged to create a healthy workplace by managing mental health and balancing workloads to reduce employees’ stress levels.
