<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the implementation of Problem Based Learning (PBL) in Class X of MAS Al-Washliyah 67 Pematangsiantar. PBL is a student-centered learning model that encourages students to solve real-world problems as a way to develop their critical thinking and collaborative skills. The study employed a qualitative library research method to gather relevant information on PBL's effectiveness. The findings show that PBL fosters active student engagement, improves problem-solving abilities, and promotes cooperation among students. However, several challenges were identified, including limited student research skills, unequal participation, and inadequate technological resources. The study concludes that while PBL has potential, its success depends on addressing these barriers and providing sufficient support for both teachers and students.]]>
