This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of fourth-grade students in Indonesian language learning, particularly on fictional story materials at SD Negeri 11 Baktiya. The learning process was still dominated by lecture methods and limited use of instructional media, resulting in low student participation and difficulties in understanding the material. This study aimed to improve students’ learning outcomes through the implementation of digital flipbook media in Indonesian language learning. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method using the Kurt Lewin model, which consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The participants were 21 fourth-grade students of SD Negeri 11 Baktiya. Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation, and analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results indicated that the implementation of digital flipbook media improved students’ learning outcomes. The average score increased from 32.87 in the pre-action stage to 54.28 in Cycle I and continued to improve in Cycle II, achieving the predetermined success indicators. Furthermore, the use of digital flipbook media enhanced students’ participation, interest, and learning motivation throughout the learning process. Therefore, digital flipbook media can be considered an effective instructional alternative for improving Indonesian language learning outcomes on fictional story materials in elementary schools.
