Balinese language learning in elementary schools plays a crucial role in preserving local culture and instilling moral values in students. However, in practice, learning is often less engaging and fails to fully shape students' character. Therefore, contextual and meaningful learning innovations are needed, one of which is through the use of Balinese folktales (satua). This study aims to describe the implementation of Balinese language learning based on the "Pengangon Bebek" (Duck Story) as an effort to instill moral values in elementary school students. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques consisting of literature review and learning observations. The results indicate that the use of the "Pengangon Bebek" (Duck Story) in learning can increase students' interest in learning, facilitate language comprehension, and instill moral values such as responsibility, hard work, and honesty. Thus, satua-based learning can be an effective alternative for integrating cognitive and affective aspects in elementary school students.
