Effective school management often faces challenges related to internal conflicts and a lack of transparency, which can hinder educational quality. This study aims to analyze the role of ethical-based organizational communication in improving school management quality through a systematic evaluation of existing literature. The methodology employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following the PRISMA guidelines, analyzing 30 relevant articles published between 2014 and 2024 from databases such as Google Scholar, ResearchGate, and Semantic Scholar. The results indicate that ethical communication serves as a fundamental social infrastructure that fosters organizational trust and a positive school culture. Key findings reveal that the integration of values such as honesty, accountability, and transparency significantly reduces communication barriers and strengthens professional collaboration. Ultimately, this research concludes that transforming organizational communication into a value-based system is essential for achieving sustainable educational excellence and high-quality management.
