This study aims to analyze the policy of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum in responding to transformation and adaptation demands in the era of disruption. Technological advancements, globalization, and rapid social changes require the education system, particularly PAI, to innovate in order to remain relevant and to develop students’ character with noble morals while also being adaptive to contemporary developments. The research method employed is a qualitative approach through a literature review of various existing educational policies and curricula. The findings indicate that the transformation of the PAI curriculum emphasizes the integration of Islamic values with 21st-century competencies, such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and digital literacy. In addition, curriculum adaptation is carried out through strengthening contextual learning, utilizing digital technology, and applying a religious moderation approach. Therefore, PAI curriculum policy in the era of disruption is not only oriented toward cognitive aspects but also toward character building and the ability to face change.
