<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the rampant use of social media among women, which indicates unwise behavior characterized by hedonistic, consumptive, apathetic, provocative, and pornographic content. The massive exposure to this phenomenon necessitates a responsive effort within the context of the digital era, particularly considering the strategic position of women in social constructs. Utilizing a library research method, this study aims to elaborate on the construct of strengthening women's spirituality. This elaboration is conducted by offering the enhancement of holistic Quranic literacy as a framework for self-actualization. This enhancement is designed to enable women to appreciate and actualize their roles more broadly—not confined to the domestic sphere, but extending to contributions in the public domain amidst the disruptive dynamics of the digital era. The study focuses on an explanatory analysis of Surah An-Nahl verse 97, which is deemed significant in uncovering the potential for the development of women's spirituality. The relevance of this verse is elaborated within a dual implementation context: first, through theoretical-normative-based intrinsic empowerment; and second, through practical-implementative-based extrinsic empowerment. These two implementative frameworks are proposed as a form of comprehensive empowerment to enhance the literacy and actualization of Quranic-based spiritual values.]]>
