<![CDATA[Teacher professional development is an essential effort to improve the quality of education in response to the challenges of globalization and digital transformation. This study aims to examine the role of reflective teachers, Continuous Professional Development (CPD), learning communities, Lesson Study, and Classroom Action Research (CAR) as means of teacher professional development. The study employed a qualitative approach using library research methods. Data were collected from scientific journals, books, proceedings, and other academic documents relevant to the research topic. The collected data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing based on the Miles and Huberman model. The findings indicate that reflective teachers play a significant role in improving teaching quality through continuous self-evaluation and reflection. CPD contributes to enhancing teachers’ professional competencies through training, self-development activities, scientific publications, and the utilization of educational technology. Learning communities and Lesson Study promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and pedagogical competence development among teachers. Furthermore, CAR enables teachers to identify classroom problems, implement improvement strategies, and generate evidence-based innovations in learning. These five components are interconnected and complement one another in supporting sustainable teacher professional development. Therefore, the integration of reflective practices, CPD programs, learning communities, Lesson Study, and CAR is necessary to improve teaching quality and educational outcomes.
