The purpose of this study is to examine how Islamic values and digital Islamic Religious Education (IRE) teaching materials have evolved in the learning process at SDIT Izzatul Islam. This study employs a descriptive qualitative methodology that utilizes observation, interviews, and documentation to collect data. Research findings indicate that the use of digital educational materials has a positive impact on Islamic religious education. To make the material more engaging and easier for students to understand, teachers utilize digital media such as instructional videos, interactive presentations, educational images, and audiovisual media. The use of digital media makes students more active, enthusiastic, and focused during the learning process. Additionally, incorporating Islamic principles into digital lesson materials helps shape students’ religious character. This occurs through learning that integrates principles of ethics, discipline, responsibility, and religious attitudes into daily life. The use of digital teaching materials remains one of the most effective educational innovations for enhancing Islamic Religious Education in the digital age, although there are still some obstacles, such as limited technological resources and limited internet access.
