Islamic leadership from a humanistic perspective is a leadership paradigm rooted in the values of tawhid (the oneness of God) and prophetic ethics, placing respect for human dignity at the core of authority and social responsibility. This study aims to analyze and formulate the concept of Islamic leadership within a humanistic framework, as well as to examine its implications for leadership practices oriented toward ethical values, justice, and respect for human dignity. This research employs a qualitative approach using a library research method. Data were collected through an extensive review of relevant literature, including books, academic journals, scholarly articles, and official documents related to leadership from a humanistic perspective. The collected data were analyzed through stages of data collection, classification and processing of information, drawing conclusions, and data verification to ensure objective and in-depth findings. The results of this study indicate that leadership is not merely about power and control, but rather a process of humanizing individuals through respect for their dignity, freedom, potential, and moral responsibility. In this context, leadership success is measured not only by material or institutional achievements, but by the extent to which a leader empowers, inspires, and sustainably elevates human dignity and potential. More fundamentally, Islam emphasizes that leadership is a trust (amanah) that must be carried out responsibly, as every action will ultimately be held accountable.
