Character education is an essential component in shaping the attitudes, morals, and behaviors of elementary school students. This study aims to analyze the implementation of character education through the role of teachers, school culture, and learning challenges in the digital era. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by examining a number of scientific articles published between 2021 and 2026. The findings indicate that teachers play a central role as role models in fostering students’ discipline, responsibility, and social awareness. A school culture built through positive habituation is also proven to be effective in shaping students’ character. In addition, digital technology presents both challenges and opportunities for strengthening character education through interactive learning media.
