Early childhood education (PAUD) is a crucial stage in shaping a child's character and personality. Currently, Mawar PAUD has a total of 71 students. The high number of students in each class and the lack of accompanying teachers make the Friday Charity program an appropriate method for giving alms. This study aims to determine how the Friday Charity program is managed at BKB Kemas Mawar PAUD and how the Friday Charity program shapes the character of early childhood children. This study used a qualitative approach with observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The results show that the management of the character education program is carried out through the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation involving teachers and parents. The relevance of this study to the author's research lies in the aspect of program management in the context of early childhood education.
