<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) strategies in strengthening the competitiveness of madrasahs in the digital era at Madrasah Aliyah Mambaul Ulum 2 Korek, Sungai Ambawang District, Kubu Raya Regency. The study focuses on the planning, implementation, evaluation, and impact of applying Total Quality Management principles toward improving institutional quality and graduate outcomes. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, and educational staff, as well as document analysis. Data analysis was conducted interactively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that Total Quality Management strategies have been implemented through the strengthening of a digitally oriented institutional vision, the enhancement of teachers’ competencies in utilizing educational technologies, and the optimization of data-driven evaluation systems. The implementation is supported by the transformational leadership of the principal and a quality culture that has gradually become embedded in both academic and administrative activities. Furthermore, the integration of digital technology into learning processes and information management systems has significantly contributed to improving the effectiveness of educational services. The impact is reflected in increased public trust, improved student achievement, and the institution’s enhanced capacity to adapt to global challenges and developments. The study concludes that digitally based Total Quality Management strategies constitute a critical factor in strengthening madrasah competitiveness in the digital era. Therefore, sustained commitment, systemic innovation, and supportive educational policies are essential to ensure the continuity and effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives within madrasah institutions.]]>
