<![CDATA[Educational management policy plays a strategic role in determining the direction, quality, and effectiveness of the national education system. This study aims to analyze the framework of educational management policy, examine its implementation in institutional practice, and identify the challenges and opportunities for its development in the era of global transformation. The study employs a qualitative approach using policy analysis methods, including the examination of regulatory documents, academic literature, and reviews of managerial practices within the education system. The findings indicate that educational management policy plays a crucial role in strengthening institutional governance through strategic planning, decentralized management, enhanced accountability, and the development of quality standards. However, policy implementation continues to face various challenges, including disparities in access to education, limited human resource capacity, the complexity of coordination between central and regional authorities, and the need to adapt to rapid developments in digital technology. This study emphasizes the importance of adaptive, data-driven policies oriented toward continuous quality improvement in order to establish an effective educational management system that is responsive to changing societal and global demands.]]>
