Organizational culture is one of the key factors influencing employee work behavior and performance within an organization. The values, norms, and practices that develop in the workplace play a significant role in shaping employees' attitudes, interaction patterns, and productivity levels. This article aims to examine the role of organizational culture in influencing employee work behavior and performance through an analysis of relevant concepts and research findings. The study employs a library research method by reviewing various scientific sources, including books, journals, and scholarly articles related to organizational culture, work behavior, and employee performance. The findings indicate that a positive organizational culture encourages disciplined, responsible, collaborative, and goal-oriented work behavior. Furthermore, a strong organizational culture contributes to increased employee motivation, commitment, and productivity, which ultimately enhances overall organizational performance. Therefore, organizations should develop and maintain a supportive organizational culture to improve work effectiveness and achieve organizational goals.
