This study was motivated by the low levels of learning motivation and mathematics learning outcomes among fourth-grade students at SDN 182 Pekanbaru. The learning process, which tended to rely on conventional teaching methods, resulted in students being less active, less confident, and experiencing difficulties in understanding mathematical concepts. This study aimed to determine the effect of the Make A Match learning model on students' learning motivation and mathematics learning outcomes. The study employed a quantitative approach with an experimental research design. The population consisted of 118 fourth-grade students, with a sample of 60 students divided into an experimental class and a control class. The research instruments included a learning motivation questionnaire, learning achievement tests, observation sheets, and documentation. Data were analyzed using normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing through the Independent Samples T-Test with the assistance of SPSS software. The results showed that the Make A Match learning model had a significant effect on students' learning motivation and mathematics learning outcomes. This was evidenced by the results of the Independent Samples T-Test, which showed a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. Students' learning motivation in the experimental class increased from 63.9% (high category) to 92.4% (very high category), while their learning outcomes improved from an average score of 45.7 to 81.8. Therefore, the Make A Match learning model is effective in enhancing students' learning motivation and mathematics learning outcomes through active, interactive, and enjoyable learning activities.
