Educational management is the process of managing various educational resources to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently. One important function of educational management is implementation, namely the process of carrying out various planned programs and services. In a higher education environment, the implementation function can be seen through the provision of library services as a support for student academic activities. This study aims to examine the implementation of library services at UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through direct observation of library services. The results indicate that the implementation of library services has been running well, characterized by friendly and responsive staff, an easy-to-use book borrowing and return system, and the availability of comfortable facilities that support student learning activities. Furthermore, the use of technology in various library services has helped improve service effectiveness. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of library services at UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan has supported students' academic needs and the educational process at the university.
