<![CDATA[This classroom action research aims to improve the learning outcomes of third-grade students in Pancasila Education, particularly on the topic “Different is Beautiful,” through the use of flash card media at UPT SD Negeri Kebonsari 3 Tuban. The background of this study is the low learning outcomes of students during the pre-cycle stage, where the conventional, teacher-centered learning approach without instructional media resulted in only a small percentage of students reaching the minimum completion criterion (KKM). This research used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) design of Kemmis and McTaggart, implemented in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research were 25 third-grade students. In Cycle I, learning was delivered using PowerPoint media with a direct instruction model, while in Cycle II, learning was delivered using flash card media combined with differentiated, student-centered activities. Data were collected through tests, observation sheets, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The results showed an increase in the average score from 57.64 in the pre-cycle to 73.16 in Cycle I, and 86.64 in Cycle II. The classical completion percentage also increased significantly, from 4% in the pre-cycle to 68% in Cycle I, and reached 100% in Cycle II. These findings indicate that flash card media is more effective than PowerPoint media alone in improving the learning outcomes of third-grade students on the topic of cultural diversity, particularly for students with auditory learning styles and low self-confidence.]]>
