<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in the Construction Cost Estimation subject in class XI of Building Information Design and Modeling (DPIB) Expertise Competence at SMK Negeri 2 Medan. This condition indicates the need for the development of more innovative and interactive teaching materials to improve student learning outcomes. This research aims to develop an e-module based on the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model that meets the criteria of being feasible, practical, and effective. The research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research instruments consist of a validation questionnaire from material experts and media experts to measure feasibility, a questionnaire from teacher and student responses to measure practicality, and a pretest and posttest to measure product effectiveness. The results show that the Think Pair Share (TPS)-based e-module obtained a feasibility level of 85.5% with a very feasible category and a practicality level of 91% with a very practical category. From the effectiveness aspect, the average pretest and posttest scores in the experimental class increased from 39.33 to 84.17 with an N-Gain value of 0.74 (high category), while in the control class it increased from 36.50 to 73.67 with an N-Gain value of 0.59 (medium category). The results of the hypothesis test show that the = 2.04 is greater than the = = 2.00, so that the Think Pair Share (TPS) based e-module is proven to be more effective than the use of printed books based on direct instruction in improving student learning outcomes.]]>
