Learning media are vital to improve the quality of learning. Especially in primary school where kids are still in the concrete operational stage. The purpose of this project was to build a Digital Cultural Map learning media on the theme of Indonesian cultural diversity in the Science and Social Studies (IPAS) subject for fourth grade elementary school students. This research used the Research and Development (R&D) technique with a modified ADDIE model, which consists of analysis, design, and development stages. Research was done at SD Negeri 48 Pekanbaru. Data were acquired through interviews, documentation and validation surveys with material experts, media experts and language experts.
