Scientific validity plays a crucial role in ensuring the credibility, integrity, and trustworthiness of research findings, particularly in postgraduate Arabic language education where methodological rigor and academic accountability are increasingly emphasized. This study aims to examine the concept of scientific validity and its role as a foundational pillar of quality research in postgraduate Arabic language education. The scope of the study covers the conceptual dimensions of validity, its relationship with academic integrity and scientific ethics, its integration into postgraduate Arabic language learning, and its implications for research culture development. This study employed a qualitative library research design using a conceptual content analysis approach. Data were collected from academic books, national and international journal articles, and scholarly proceedings related to validity, scientific ethics, educational evaluation, and Arabic language research. The findings reveal that scientific validity encompasses internal, external, conceptual, and methodological dimensions that collectively ensure the credibility of scientific knowledge. Furthermore, validity is closely associated with academic integrity, ethical responsibility, and the development of sustainable research practices. This study contributes an integrative conceptual framework linking scientific validity, academic integrity, and scientific ethics within postgraduate Arabic language education. Future studies are recommended to empirically examine the implementation of validity principles across postgraduate programs and develop validity-based evaluation models supported by emerging artificial intelligence technologies.
