<![CDATA[Developing an innovative curriculum for Islamic Religious Education (PAI)based on effective communication is a strategic effort to improve the quality of learningrelevant to the challenges of the times. An effective communication-based curriculum isdesigned to equip students with effective, ethical, and Islamic-values communicationskills, both in everyday life and in the digital environment. This research aims to identifyneeds, design, and implement a curriculum model that supports the development ofstudents' communication skills, using a thematic and collaborative approach.The research employed a qualitative approach, encompassing literature review,needs analysis, and curriculum testing through limited classroom implementation. Theresults indicate that integrating Islamic values with the concept of effectivecommunication can increase student engagement, material comprehension, and theirability to apply religious values in social interactions.
