<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of student management in improving the quality of Islamic educational institutions. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach and was conducted in one of the elementary Islamic educational institutions in Palangka Raya City with the subjects of the principal, teachers, homeroom teachers, guidance and counseling teachers, and students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman with triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study indicate that student management is implemented systematically and based on Islamic values through the process of accepting new students, student placement, moral and discipline development, Islamic guidance and counseling services, self-development through extracurricular activities, and orderly administrative management, thus having a positive impact on the creation of a conducive learning environment, the formation of religious character, increased discipline, and improving the quality of Islamic educational institutions.]]>
