<![CDATA[Educational quality evaluation is an important aspect in ensuring the sustainability of school quality improvement. This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational quality evaluation at SDIT Safira Green School, particularly in the formulation of quality indicators, achievement monitoring, gap analysis, root cause analysis, and follow-up improvement. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews with the principal and teachers, and documentation studies of school quality documents. The findings show that quality indicators have been formulated participatively by referring to the school’s vision, mission, and educational standards. Achievement monitoring is carried out through examination results, daily assessments, classroom observations, and evaluation meetings, although it has not yet been organized into a formal performance matrix containing baselines and targets. Gap analysis and root cause analysis have been conducted through discussions, the 5 Why technique, and fishbone analysis, but they have not been systematically documented. Follow-up improvement has been implemented through action plans, teacher training, and learning method adjustments, while its monitoring still needs to be strengthened.]]>
