The world of technology is experiencing very rapid development. The rapid advancement of information and communication technology has brought fundamental changes to various aspects of life, including the field of education. Technology has had a significant impact on education, particularly on the patterns of interaction and behavior of students, especially at the MTs (Islamic Junior High School) level. However, technological developments also bring serious challenges in the form of a lack of ethics in social media use among students. Therefore, strengthening digital literacy among MTs students is necessary to build ethical behavior in using social media. This study aims to analyze the integration of digital literacy in Akidah Akhlak (Islamic Theology and Morals) learning as an effort to build social media ethics among MTs students. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation to determine how the integration of digital literacy in Akidah Akhlak learning can build students’ ethics in using social media. The results of the study indicate that the integration of digital literacy in Akidah Akhlak learning is effective in shaping students’ ethics and awareness in using social media. Through the integration of digital literacy in Akidah Akhlak learning, students are not only directed to understand religious materials but are also able to apply moral values in their daily digital activities. This integration encourages the development of critical attitudes in receiving information, responsibility in communication, and maintaining ethics when interacting on social media. This study is expected to contribute to the development of Akidah Akhlak learning that is adaptive to technological developments and the character-building needs of students in the digital era.
