Green eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) is a vegetable crop with economic potential whose productivity can be improved through appropriate fertilization. This study evaluated the effects of pineapple peel liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) concentrations and NPK fertilizer dosages on the growth and yield of green eggplant cultivated in polybags. The experiment used a factorial randomized block design with two factors: four LOF concentrations and three NPK dosages, resulting in 12 treatment combinations with three replications and three sample plants per experimental unit (108 plants). Pineapple peel LOF significantly affected plant height, leaf length, fruit weight per plant, shoot weight, root length, and root weight. NPK dosage significantly affected leaf number, leaf width, flowering time, harvest time, fruit weight per plant, and shoot weight. The interaction significantly affected fruit weight per plant and shoot weight. A concentration of 6 ml/L LOF produced the highest mean values for several key growth and yield variables. NPK at 20 g/plant produced the highest fruit weight and accelerated flowering and harvesting. The combination of 6 ml/L LOF and 20 g/plant NPK produced the highest fruit weight per plant (86.59 g) and shoot weight (269.44 g).
