This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic spirituality in improving the resilience of students at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Resilience is an individual's ability to adapt positively to the pressures and challenges of life, while Islamic spirituality includes belief in Allah, an attitude of tawakal, patience, and gratitude that can help individuals in facing various difficulties. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with students who are active in religious activities and have experience facing academic stress. The results of the study indicate that Islamic spirituality plays a significant role in strengthening student resilience. Religious beliefs and routine worship practices provide inner peace and effective coping strategies in dealing with academic stress. In addition, involvement in a religious community and social support from a religious environment also contribute to improving students' mental resilience. Thus, strengthening Islamic spirituality in the academic environment can be an effective strategy in supporting students' psychological well-being
