This study aims to describe the implementation of learning by teachers, enhanced through principal coaching at State Elementary School 72 West Pontianak Subdistrict. The scope of the study covered the analysis of coaching implementation in learning. The research method was descriptive, involving 16 teachers as the research sample. Data were collected through live observation, interviews, and document analysis across three coaching stages: pre-observation, observation, and post-observation. The data were analyzed using content analysis techniques, which involved the process of data reduction, data presentation in a narrative form, and drawing interpretations from the research findings. Data validity was ensured through method and source triangulation. The results showed that the principal's coaching had a positive impact on the quality of learning. In the planning stage, all teachers were able to compile complete teaching modules, although some still needed guidance in formulating learning objectives. In the implementation stage, the teachers successfully implemented the revised learning modules and created a conducive learning environment. In the post-observation stage, the teachers demonstrated the ability to analyze reflections on their teaching practices and prepare self-development plans. In conclusion, the school principal's coaching is an effective strategy for overcoming low learning quality and fostering sustainable teacher professional development
