Bulak Village, located in Jatibarang District, Indramayu Regency, has significant potential for the development of a community-based creative industry. However, limited managerial capacity, restricted market access, and the underutilization of digital technology remain major challenges for the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) as the primary driver of the village economy. This community service program aims to develop a sustainable entrepreneurship ecosystem by strengthening the role of BUMDes as the driving force behind the village's creative industry. The program activities included community outreach, business management training, digital marketing strategies, technology-based financial management, and intensive mentoring in the adoption of digital technology and the branding of the village's flagship products. The implementation at Nahdlotul Mubtadi’in Al Islamy Islamic Boarding School demonstrated improved digital literacy readiness and enhanced opportunities for developing a pesantren-based entrepreneurship ecosystem through the optimization of cooperative businesses, livestock farming, and plantation activities. Through this approach, Bulak Village is expected to evolve into a competitive creative industry-based tourism village, generating new employment opportunities and improving community welfare in a sustainable manner.
