Interest in saving is not determined by a single factor but is influenced by various interrelated factors. This study analyzes the effect of profit-sharing rates and service quality on customers’ interest in saving at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia’s Mataram Hasanuddin Branch. The method used is a quantitative approach with primary data obtained through a questionnaire survey. Data analysis was conducted using statistical methods based on the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results of the study indicate that profit-sharing rates and service quality have a positive and significant effect on interest in saving, both partially and simultaneously.
